@AvalonBay Your property is pushing a 12% rent increase at renewal—while offering 2 months free to new tenants, and the building isn’t close to full. Loyalty & on-time payments “don’t count,” per your scripted customer service replies. Is this your standard business practice?
@united How much longer should I expect to wait to hear a reply? The claim has been open well over the original time frame of two weeks you originally said I should hear back within…when can I expect resolution here?
@united You canceled my flight the morning of due to “operational issues” (aka under your control), provided no other feasible flight alternatives, forced me to incur massive out of pocket expenses, and now 4 weeks later you wont even reply to my claim? And you claim to care…
@united There is still no resolution to my situation after +2 months, and I still have not received a response from your team after following... United actions forced me to iccur these costs then refuse to resolve the situation, is this how United does business?
I have followed up on my case multiple times only for it to go unanswered. So much for “good leading the way” and “doing the right thing for customers”….extremely disappointing and bad business practices.
$F saying they made $1900 more per vehicle above industry average....best 1Q in the books....how convenient you don’t want to flood the market back with supply...
@bigredrisk @QTRResearch Elaborate? Don’t think demand breaks in the bond market with all this new found monetized liquidity...money has to flow somewhere, and specifically the HY market remains downstream.

So let me get this right, we’re going to bail out airlines, cruise lines, hotels, shale producers, oil majors, oil service, regional banks...we’re also going to cut payroll taxes, sick leave benefits and send everybody $1,000 checks. Where’s all this money coming from?
