@CazooUK Sorry, but this just sounds like the same stock answer everyone is given and it doesn’t mean anything. I’ve been told this 4-5 times now. This level of service is really not acceptable and I can’t imagine anyone buying from @CazooUK if they knew what it was like beforehand.

@MetroBank_Help - you are preventing me from accessing the funds in my account - claiming IT issues. I have spoken to at least 10 different people who tell me different things. Complaint to ombudsmen is in progress. I’ve never had such poor service from a bank.
