@CrossCountryUK So you can’t answer my question? You basically have nothing in place? I formally ask how many passengers have fallen ill after overcrowding on your trains?
@CrossCountryUK what is your contingency plan for travellers when you cancel trains? My partners elderly mum and partner on the 14:11 from Leeds after you cancelled the 13:11 they were booked on, now forced to stand resulting in them being vulnerable and feeling poorly
@CrossCountryUK They are travelling to Tiverton but why should they have to extend their travels because of your mess up. Again I ask, what is your contingency plan in place for this? It isn’t like the first packed train or cancelled train for you? Totally unacceptable
@CrossCountryUK I don’t think you appreciate how busy it is! What promises can you make that the next service won’t be the same? You can’t move in there!!!!
@CrossCountryUK How do you think they can get to that coach without assistance and through the rammed carriages? It’s your fault they feel ill so this is on you by treating paying customers so poorly
@TicketmasterUK your online chat service really not helping me resolve an issue with tickets delivered to an incorrect address, currently travelling to black keys and not being helped at all
