Govt has no power to question any couple. Under Assisted Reproductive Technology Act 2021 conditions apply only to Clinics. Sec.21 restrictions apply to Clinics only. There is no restriction on Couple using IVF technology. Hence govt cannot question @iBalkaurSidhu

I’m extremely hurt to learn how @BhagwantMann govt is mentally torturing @iBalkaurSidhu about the antecedents of his newly born son who has given hope of life to the parents of @iSidhuMooseWala who was brutally killed and justice hasn’t been rendered by government despite almost two years of his killing. This action of govt is like sprinkling salt over the raw wounds of Moosewala family-Khaira @INCIndia@INCPunjab
Letter asking documents from #sidhumoosewala father is from Government of india !
But in latest video Sardar Balkaur singh accusing Bhagwant' Government !
Your opinions on this ?
@KesarNirmaan@BhagwantMann Our little Shubdeep got his legal documents made by God, the government and administration should question the family members, parents will also present their documents. What documents should be requested from God? So far it has been 2 days, so scared!
