Had a wry smile when I called my GP surgery for blood test results today.
I was worried about other things, to be told the only concern was high cholesterol was a relief. Yes, I know I'm overweight and have been doing my best recently to be healthier and fitter 😊

I didn't appreciate a neighbour upstairs playing music until about 5am last night...... disturbed my sleep massively and anyone who's suffered from insomnia will know how much that messes with your head

As many of my long suffering followers know I have chronic insomnia.
I always joke that I'll catch up with sleep when I'm dead.
However, I'm respectful of neighbours when I can't sleep - watch TV, YT videos , etc on low volume or through ear buds, etc.

@anngran20144267 They've booked me in for a further blood test next week and have advised me to book an appointment with GP if I'm worried about test results. Which is a joke - we only get to speak to a GP on the day if it's an emergency
