@OC_Scanner The board didn’t vote no. QRF was on Nov.’s agenda but not enough board members showed up for a vote to take place. So a special meeting was scheduled for Dec. but only 7 of the 25 board members showed up so they couldn’t vote on it again. I’d like to know who the no-shows were.
