@eenblikopdenos@NOS In woon in ontario en hier is het -11 en voelt aan als-20. Echt een groot verschil hoor. Ze zeggen hier altijd de gevoels temperatuur erbij.
@LesleyAnnBrandt I'm dutch and after only a few weeks living in canada, people couldn't tell where i was from. I pick up accents so quickly. For the life of me can't do it on purpose though.π only time you can tell is when i randomly use the wrong language to someone.
@zanelowe@YouTube@bts_bighit I just finished it. What a great interview. The questions were well thought out, and so different from what you usually get. Would love to see you interview the rest of the members as well, or in 2025 all of them together.
@MsGaudun My child is in grade 8, and has rarely had homework. In the early years I told the teachers I wouldn't participate in homework, except reading. They have all been fine with it. The last couple of years there mostly has been things that haven't been finished at school.
@MikeJToronto As a parent I hope you aren't. I have sent emails on the weekend, just because that's when I have time, but I would be happy to wait until Monday for a response.
@IknaKaty2@GiwedinAnangKwe Actually they bought those things themselves, or asked me to. You don't have to like what my family does, but that doesn't mean you should push your believes on us. I want my child to be comfortable in their own skin, and this is it. They are not hurting anyone.
@munakadri@Sflecce@krushowy@calphonso I applied end of Oct, and got it a couple of months ago. Didn't think I would get it anymore. Was shocked I got an email about it.
Definitely supporting this message. Protecting the rights of my queer child and their friends. Not just the ones who are out, but also the ones who are trying to survive in the closet. #NoSpaceForHate
My child and I are a safe space for all 2SLGBTQIA+. So glad my child was in a school where they were supported, and they could test their pronouns and new name with their teachers before sharing at home. #NoSpaceForHate#TransRightsAreHumanRights@wrdsb
