A very exciting and super rare bird in Northern Virginia, the formidable Wood Stork (Mycteria Americana). He usually lives much further south, mainly in Florida, Alabama and Georgia. Apparently, it was "blown" into our area by last week's hurricane.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin baking pan with cooking spray, line muffin holes with piece ham, add Swiss (or your choice of cheese), add one egg to each compartment. Bake for 12 (quite runny egg yolks) to 15 (firm egg yolks) minutes and enjoy 😋
