@KEEMSTAR 1 - He very clearly was still flirting with a minor. This is nothing more than a very carefully crafted, rehearsed statement that feels like it was written by a PR firm. He uses phrases like, “she was above the age of consent” instead of just saying, “not a minor.”

@KEEMSTAR 5 - He says “Twitch never investigated the age of consent in the jurisdiction this user lives” which clearly sounds they were under 18. Also, if nothing truly weird was said, then there would be no need to hyper focus on this users age by twitch or by Doc in the first place.
