Their anti-scraping solution seemed to be capping the amount of pages to 50 per search result unless you have their most expensive plan.

@andrerrviana Have you A/B tested google workspace accts on Instantly vs Smartlead? Or did you delete all workspace accounts and go with Outlook?

For any smartlead users, did you try moving to Instantly or another platform since the reply and open rate decrease problem occurred a few weeks ago?

Nothing's improved since and I'm thinking I should switch back to Instantly.

I've never had my outputs collapse by 80x in a week.

Better the bug missing a few replies, than .1% reply rates imo.

@WhoWorksThere Yep, something happened with Smartlead this month. Cut my performance in half first wednesday of the month, next day and after my reply rates dropped from 8% to .1%

Loss for words but gotta adapt.
