A Forever Caregiver â A Different Kind of Journey
To the parents cheering from the sidelinesâŠ
To the ones sending their kids off to college,
Planning weddings, holding grandbabiesâ
I see you.
I celebrate you.
And I understand.
Iâm a dad, too.
I have sons who might one day leave the nest, start families, chase dreams.
And I have a daughterâAlexâwho wonât.
You might be planning your childâs graduation party.
Iâm planning her next neurology appointment.
Youâre teaching your child how to drive.
Iâm researching wheelchair repairs.
You post move-in day photos from the dorm.
I update our home to fit medical equipment.
Youâre filling out college applications.
Iâm filling out disability paperworkâagain.
See, weâre both parents.
We both love fiercely.
We both want the best for our children.
But the road we travel isnât the same.
Youâre preparing your child to launch.
Iâm preparing to stay.
Forever.
Alex wonât get married.
She wonât call me about a job interview.
She wonât surprise me with news that Iâm going to be a grandpa.
She will never live alone.
She will never live without care.
And while that truth carries grief,
It also carries deep, sacred love.
Because I have the honorâ
Yes, the honorâof loving my daughter in a way that will never change.
I get to be her voice, her protector, her anchor.
I get to witness resilience the world doesnât see.
I get to fight for her every day.
But I also get tired.
I grieve quietly while the world keeps moving.
I smile at your celebrations, while navigating another IEP.
I hold space for your joy,
Even when mine looks different.
Iâm not asking for pity.
And Iâm not asking you to understand fully.
But I do ask this:
Please donât forget us.
Donât assume weâre âjust parents like everyone else.â
Because while your parenting has a finish line,
Mine does not.
I will be a caregiver
Until my last breath.
So yes, youâll always be âmomâ or âdadââŠ
But some of usâ
Weâre forever caregivers.
We live in love that doesnât graduate,
Doesnât move out,
Doesnât grow up and awayâ
But grows deeper, steadier, and more relentless with time.
So hereâs to all of usâ
Whatever road weâre on.
May we honor each otherâs paths.
And may we never forget:
All love counts.
All love matters.
But some love carries the weight forever.

Itâs that time of year again!
There is only one way to celebrate the holy month of pride!
Happy child mutilation month, you deviant Marxist perverts!
Fuck pride!
đšNEWS: Dominic Cummings has suggested Restore Britain should make it policy that Lib Dem Leader Ed Davey, and people like him, be ostracised to Gaza for 10 years under Hamas Rule whilst being forced to wear pride colours
No one hates the Sikhs.
They hate one dishonest and dishonourable family called the Digwas and they would like it if Sikhs left their daggers at home, like everyone else has to.
Itâs simple.
No one hates the Sikhs.
We hate the police.
South Korea is in the middle of being stolen by rampant election fraud.
The Chinese Communist Party has seized control of the legislative, judicial, and executive branches.
Many citizens have not been able to get a ballot. Itâs suspected that they ran out because they were used for fake votes.
South Korea is about to change forever.
The screws are being tightened.
If you can't work, bank, drive, send your kids to school, or recieve govt benefits, then it only makes sense that self-deportation becomes the only real option for those here in the US illegally.
UN staff who raised concerns about child abuse were sacked, those who covered it up were promoted. The whistleblowers are always destroyed.
This sounds exactly the same as in the UK Parliament and all our other institutions. When you study the Epstein files you know why.
I never pat myself on the back⊠but I will for this. I am the man who caught them cheating in the California Mayor race.. Yup, that was me.
And Iâm damn proud of it. đ
