Hi TCL, My experience with tcl customer support is very bad. It's approx 1 month and no resolution.
I have lost trust in TCL.
Please let me know ,Can I expect a reasonable response from tcl ?

@tcl_india Do not buy their tv, I have purchased their mini led tv, and 5month it gone bad.. And since 38 days I am waiting for repair. And no support from tcl.
Their support is pathetic!! Don't waste your money.

38 days done and still no resolution from tcl.
And in a row 3rd complaint was closed by the service center without repair.
Pathetic company.

Seriously I have wasted money in tcl.

Their customer care is worst, I have come across. Seriously trust me.. Even they don't even respond to the emails.
I don't understandHow this company is allowed to sell products in India.

@tcl_india No it's still not resolved, For the same I contacted customer care and they simply respond saying your tv will be repaired soon and put call on hold and over email also no response yet.
