I've practiced finding three things each day to be grateful for for years. I believe gratitude is the key to a joy filled life. One particular time stands out above others. A time writing gratitudes saved me from a pit of despair. https://t.co/9JtHAg46Gt
I've had many challenging life moments that I've written about. But one stands out as the bravest of them all. The only one that completely changed my life's trajectory forever. https://t.co/cp8daNOx4J
I'm a goal setter. I focus on the end result because when I get there I receive tangible evidence of my worth. I cling to the evidence during moments of self doubt.
But this approach causes trouble for me often, as you can see in this week's post.

I have always been intimidated by groups of smart women. I never feel like I measure up. Recently I reflected on where that fear began and where I am now with it. Read about it on this week's blog at https://t.co/P5D8XTJYVq

Raise your hand if you like costumes. Yours isn't up either?
In this week's post I write about where my detest of costumes comes from, how it's connected to my perfectionism, and recent events that have led me to rethink my position.
