@cogecohelps is there an outage or problems in Oakville? South west to be specific. I have lost my signal several times today and this evening. Power cycling usually solves it, however, I shouldn’t have to do this to get the service I’m paying (a lot of money) for.

@toukka69 @SkipTheDishes There is a major shortage of drivers and maybe STD is not paying enough. The drivers are usually Uber and Lyft drivers are making a choice to take more lucrative trips. There is no retribution other than maybe a refund which you and your kids can’t eat.

@cogecohelps I have had multiple people out to my house and a cable replacement is deemed to be the solution. I have just learned this maintenance request was only put into your system October 8. Several weeks after your last visit. Now I’m being told 8-12 weeks for this work

@SonosSupport It turns it down but then goes right back up. I have 5 devices plus a bridge. Only the bridge is connected to the router via Ethernet

@SonosSupport my system is a mess. Products not showing up in the app and my playbar is stuck at 100% which is attached to me tv. When I try to turn it down it automatically goes back up to 100%. Please help
