@Google You don't mention that you should take a picture of the code before resetting the device. You don't mention that this is the only way to qualify for a replacement. Now after being reset it won't find any wi-fi networks and doesn't show the W5 code. Disappointed.

@Google Re:Nest Learning Thermostat (3rd Gen) Why do you make, and sell a product you know is faulty? The price tag on your device is high, yet you won't cover it when the device fails. Your troubleshooting directions include a factory reset that clears the W5 error code.
