I don’t vibe with the morning. I wake up at 9-9:30, shower, coffee (full pot to myself), maybe a few eggs, then I enter manic psycho task completer mode from 11-3. Tool on repeat. I’m unstoppable. Then I’m useless from 3-9. Then unstoppable/unhinged again 9pm - 2am. Rinse repeat.
Nothing better than putting yourself into a deep work trance and going ham for hours like a psycho. Ideal inputs for inducing trance:
- Early morning (5-9 am)
- Empty stomach
- Electrolytes
- Caffeine
- Lions Mane
- 1-3 needle moving tasks
- Listen to same song on repeat
When we truly fall in love, we fall in love with all of Reality. And if we truly love a person, we love this person as an embodiment of the Whole, not as a partition we carve out for ourselves and our pleasures and needs and then turn our back against everything else.
the japanese get it.

@pallnandi I have lasted like 2.5-3 hours. Not because I’m some adonis superfreak, but because I know how to channel my orgasmic energy up my spine, rather than letting it spill out my root, which then revitalizes my arousal and gives me a second, third, fourth wind.
if you say/think anything like this in relation to yourself:
- poor
- struggling
- idiot
- broke
you might think its harmless banter... but if repeated?
your mind internalises + expresses.
DELETE limiting beliefs from your vocabulary.
@reecethebrah Now I’ve got free food, sustainable lifestyle, high quality children who respect me, and plenty of free time to invest, train a couple cane corsos to kill on command, fuck my wife, train, etc.
@reecethebrah I grew up on a 13 acre and 700 acre farm. I don’t want one now, but when I’m 40-50, fuck yeah. I want to be on 2-300 acres with my wife and kids. Kids can do the majority of the menial chores - builds character and work ethic as well as practical knowledge. I’m all for it.
