We were warmed up and ready for our fall ball game against Coppell, but lightning had other plans! ⚡️🥎

We made the best of it with some team bonding over dinner, ice cream, and lots of laughs! Hopefully, the weather cooperates and we can get back on the field Thursday! ❤️💙

Last night I played both shortstop and center field.

I caught several pop flies and made three strong plays in the infield, including two throwdowns at second base and throwing a runner out at first. I even tripped during one play, but | still managed to get the out! 😂It may not have been the prettiest play, but I got the job done!

This morning, I got to hit with Kyle Horan—my favorite part of softball each week! 🥎

We worked on staying behind the ball, but our main focus was hitting with intention. He also walked me through the mental side of the game, which is sometimes exactly what I need. I’m always thankful for the lessons that strengthen both my swing and my mindset!

First fall ball game in the books! After not playing since May, it felt great to shake off the nerves and be back on the field with my teammates!

The team looked great, and I went 1-for-2 with a BOMB! ����🥎 I’m so excited for this season—it’s going to be awesome!

Our first fall high school softball game is tomorrow night, so I got in one last batting practice today! Overall, I did well, and I’m proud of how quickly I’ve gotten my swing and timing back after surgery. It feels so good to be back—can’t wait to play tomorrow!

The more live pitching I see, the more confident I am becoming. Taking a break is never easy ❤️🥎💙

Completely CLEARED by ortho surgeon TODAY! 🙌🏼 I can finally participate in everything again—now it’s time to build my strength back up!

Of course, I headed straight to batting lessons. 😂 I did better than I expected! My velo wasn’t quite back to my normal yet, but we were also making adjustments to my swing to help me get behind the ball more.

I’m so thankful to have both surgeries behind me and beyond excited to finally be able to play again! 🥎❤️
