If our midfield didn’t get walked through we would have won the league. Chermiti isn’t the reason we didn’t win the league. Does his finishing need improvement? Yes.

@CawGary @RudyGaletti It’s hardly a lot. He’s missed a few. The 8m price tag nobody was happy about but it’s based off coming from a prem team, age and potential. Now we are easily making double that off him after 1 season. He’s only going to get better with Shankland next to him

@J1mb0wW @IainMitchell17 Don’t get me wrong I like the look of Naderi and think there’s a player there. But you honestly can’t think ‘we’ll be fine’ with him leaving and naderi in his place. Almost nothing to base it off and he’s already an injury worry now. We’re a much better team with Chermiti in it

@IainMitchell17 I feel the same. That was his first proper season in 1st team football and he bagged 20 G/A. He’s only going to improve especially with the experience of Shankland next to him. Folk saying they’d take half of what’s offered have not got a clue
