I feel like @Getaround wants to go out of business after latest app update. Whomever the product
Manager was must it not be happy. All these new policies are only alienating owners. I used to tell people to use Getaround all the time but now tell them to runaway.

@Getaround The experience as an owner has gotten horribly worse after the app update and new policies. Your help desk offshore has very little experience making things right. The cost cutting measures are very noticeable.

@jemelehill I was at the games at Portland and national anthems were at odd times. For example UConn USC anthem was 10 minutes prior to tipoff. Felt random and makes sense teams could miss it. For NC State game on Saturday it was 10 plus

@Getaround the new policy around fuel reimbursement for owners is unfair. Our car was ½ full of gas. Renter had car 3hr 3o minutes we ended up owing 5 dollars. This is punishing me. Renters can actually make money based on the fuel prices. You need to fix this
