@virginmedia Honestly what the hell is going on with you! 4 months in a row a payment of £150 has been taken from my account. Even when renewing my contract and having this confirmed!! Stop taking my money!!!
@virginmedia being billed £300 for 2 month when i’ve tried to cancel everything and downgrade and all sorts and now i’m being told i need to wait@for a resolution and may not even get the money back. I don’t get how you can take peoples money like that!
@virginmedia taking £150, renewing a contract i asked to be downgraded. Not passing through a call properly and being cut off right before my holiday. I’ve not had to leave it another month and another £150 bill is generated and i’m receiving no service.
@virginmedia i’ve been passed onto loads of different people and no one seems to be helping. Being told 1 thing by 1 person and something else by another. Rude staff and completely unable to do their job!!
@virginmedia been on the phone to 4 different people now, 1 person very rude not wanting to help. The 2nd telling me it’s no his job & the 3rd & 4th placing me on hold and it hanging up.. and now you want to charge me £150!
@virginmedia After calling again for the 5th time to change my co tract to broad band only i have just been cut off again when trying to get through the customer relations/sales. I’m now being charged £150 for this month and going away tonight so likelihood i’ll be charged another £150.
