@anonstuck Dirk has made himself to be the key plot device (which appeals to his egotism) and as the villain (which he has always seen himself as). I think ultimate Dirk is the best writing that beyond canon has provided and I think that the competition he's doing with Rose is interesting

@anonstuck and I think that becoming "Ultimate Dirk" was the only way for him to continue being. In Homestuck, the timeline was centralized and Dirk only had to exist as a few splinters. Beyond cannon is different, and by centralizing his self he inherently made his reality "more cannon"
