Here we're busy laminating sourdough with wild garlic & hazelnuts for tomorrow ๐ฑ As its wild garlic season, we'll have wild garlic sourdough instead of roasted garlic sourdough HOPEFULLY each Thursday for the whole month of May (or while the wild garlic is available)
This morning we baked these Nordic inspired mixed seed sourdough buns, made with a high hydration wholemeal dough.
It would be amazing sliced and made into a sandwich or just simply with some good Irish butter ๐
