I knew RM wasn’t going to address the Chris brown situation. But I’m still feeling a whole new wave of sadness and disappointment. I deeply misunderstood what RM and BTS stood for. And I’m angry I put faith where it didn’t belong. Women deserve better. 💜🫂
that’s right, you can’t spend years building a relationship with your audience around “we hear you,” “your voice matters” and “we’re connected” and then act surprised when that audience expects to be heard.
The intimacy that made BTS so powerful also created expectations.
