@JoJoFromJerz Difference in moral reasoning. Liberals are concerned with justice focusing on care vs harm and fairness vs cheating. Conservatives include and seem to prefer purity emphasizing sanctity vs degradation, loyalty vs betrayal and authority vs subversion in moral reasoning.

@schelske The many reasons our family no longer goes to church include faith/science debate, LGBTQ+ exclusion, and scapegoating. We finally left after our denomination voted against ordaining women - no longer wanting our kids part of institutional discrimination.
