Keep an eye on it = Check obsessively. It WILL still be burnt somehow
Until golden brown = is it golden brown? Too bad, it’s still not cooked in the middle
Until it reaches X temperature = Eyeball that shit.
Its great, I get to trick myself into thinking I’ve discovered the greatest thing in the word! This is a long winded way of saying that I’ve come full circle; I made these heaven sent spiced oatmeal raisin cookies and they’re amazing.
Quick query- how do you feel about oatmeal raisin cookies? I personally LOVE them. These are kind of like carrot cake for me, I’m obsessed for awhile, go years without having it and slip into indifference, then make them and BAM the cycle continues.
