The body of Marissa DiNapoli, an 18-year-old California teen reported missing on Monday, June 30, was found Wednesday, July 2, under a bridge at Anderson Lake County Park. Police believe her death is a suspected murder.

Marissa last spoke with family on Saturday, June 28, then was last seen Sunday, June 29, at a residence outside Morgan Hill, California, with Martin Mendoza, her former boyfriend. Mendoza was "uncooperative with initial investigation" & is now considered a person of interest. Marissa had reportedly told loved ones Mendoza had "threatened her" & made her feel unsafe, with a friend quoting her saying Mendoza "would kill her, that he would not stop, that he’s obsessed with her, that he’s crazy."

The condition of the body was "deteriorated," making identification difficult. Police are actively seeking information on Mendoza's whereabouts. The investigation is ongoing.

Surveillance footage shows deranged gunman Julio Rodarte randomly shooting at cars with a semi-automatic weapon. Father of four, Victor Hugo Leon, was shot dead by one of the bullets.

After the footage ends he removed his shirt, shoes, and according to witnesses, he eventually completely undressed himself.

Rodarte was arrested on suspicion of murder, and 10 counts of attempted murder.
