The volume change is likely volume leveling

@DanielGlenn I think that there is still a "Microsoft Bad" mentality out there and folks are unwilling to admit it's usefulness. They are still only willing to talk about Claude, Perplexity, & others... Unwilling to admit that others will never have the benefit of GenAi grounded in work data

@sympmarc I had one a few weeks back where when moving content between libraries, managed Metadata was randomly changing (only on office files) to other values that seemed to be related to some sort of auto-tagging. After weeks with support things "magically" stopped changing on their own
