These are the top 5 Galaxy S24 Ultra deals:
1. Get up to $1,000 off Galaxy S24 Ultra from AT&T
2. Get up to $1,000 off Galaxy S24 Ultra from T-Mobile
3. Get up to $1,000 off Galaxy S24 Ultra from Verizon
4. Get up to $1,000 off Galaxy S24 Ultra from Boost Infinite
5. Get up to $750 off Galaxy S24 Ultra from Samsung
But what is the #1 best deal for YOU?
You may want to AVOID some of these deals because they come with a catch that may cost you MORE MONEY in the long run.
Don’t waste your money.
Let me explain.
Getting the best deal on the Galaxy S24 Ultra starts by getting the most money for your old device.
You have three options:
1. Sell the device yourself
2. Trade it in to Samsung
3. Trade it in to a carrier
If you compare selling your old phone yourself vs. trading it in to Samsung, you can see Samsung offers you more credit every time:
However, the carriers will give you even more money for your old phone.
AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Boost Infinite will all give you up to $1,000 of credit for your old device:
What’s the catch?
To get $1,000 of credit from a major carrier, you typically need to be on the carrier’s most expensive plan.
Eligible plans are:
• AT&T Unlimited Starter SL - $65 single line, $144 for four lines
• T-Mobile Go5G Plus - $90 single line, $185 for four lines
• Verizon Unlimited Ultimate - $90 single line, $220 for four lines
• Boost Infinite Infinite Access for Galaxy - $60 single line, $240 for four lines
There is also a second catch.
Instead of giving you $1,000 of credit up front, the carriers apply the credit to your account over a period of 24 or 36 months.
You are stuck on that carrier's expensive plan for two to three years if you want the full $1,000 of credit.
So the question becomes…
Should you trade in your phone to a major carrier for $1,000 of credit, but be stuck for 2-3 years with a potentially higher cell phone bill?
Or should you trade in your phone to Samsung for less credit, but be able to use your Galaxy S24 Ultra on a more affordable cell phone plan such as Visible’s $25 unlimited plan?
@peter_adderton I can't speak for everyone else but I have been deprioritized and never even noticed. However I instantly know when I am being throttled. Yes they are both network management tools but the end user most of the time will see a significant difference between the two.
Thursday Rewind! We are throwing it back to our roots.
What better way to embrace our #BoostMobile history than by bringing back the authenticity of our brand with our original logo. Let’s #GetAfterIt!
Nice to see @mobileXus doing well and expending its reach. I will admit they are not the carrier for me based on my usage and how much I am away from wifi, but I have set up a few family members on them and they have enjoyed the low bill.
Visiting my parents and I am honestly surprised with the VZW blackholes that use to have CDMA coverage. On the flipside of that TMO use to be nothing but a black hole at my dads place and now I get crazy good speeds.
New location, New Speed Test!
Average speeds recorded over 3 days
#1 ATT 349 / 56
#2 TMO 94/0.7
#3 VZW 3.56/1.24 (Previously at this location their network was faster.)
@CandidTechTV Good point, my counter-argument would be, if 80+% of users are on their phones and most plans out there limit video to SD by default is the majority of content consumers able to see a real difference. Curious to see what the ROI actually is for Content Creators.
Deleted the Twitter app months ago, and logged in on the web a few times. Looking at it now every account is verified. Are people really getting a benefit from Twitter Blue?

@FuturisticsInc@peter_adderton@mobilex If the ATT device is unlock, it should work, they run off the Verizon network. @peter_adderton is transparent that their plans are not meant for heavy data users so for 60gb would be 132.49. Would need to offload to wifi to save some money
@peter_adderton@drhz123@mobileXcare No agenda at all. When I tested it support took a while to respond, maybe you have hired some people since then. I think it was 2 days to get a response, but when I get home I can look at my notes.
