Today was a test day and although I thought it was a huge fail, it wasn’t. If I have learnt one thing today, it’s to trust and not mind read. I’m 47 years old and you would think I should have learnt by now. 25 year old, hormones, defence mechanisms = ?

I love this fern so much. Every year it looks dead and my husband nearly digs it up and I go bat shit crazy. Then you see this majestic plant grow. Just shows me that even when I feel and look like shit… that change and nee life can happen. #newlife #growthmindset #selflove
