There will always be certain things that I am not allowed to talk about.

During our periods of silence, many people come out and proclaim how we're going to fail with X or Y or whatever.

I have heard declarations of our failure for over a year now.

To the people that write these threads, this is all I have to say...

This is a list of the times people on Twitter have said we would fail:

• Before the DeGods mint
• When the DeGods public mint was announced on Twitter instead of Discord
• When we failed to deliver a marketplace on mint day
• When the marketplace we delivered was broken
• When the Paper Hands Bitch Tax first went live
• We launched deXYZ (a blogging tool)
• We launched DePalace (a private Reddit forum)
• DeGods removed the PHBT & listed on Magic Eden
• DUST announced to be a fair-launch with no premine no LP
• DUST raffles & auctions
• We said we were re-doing the artwork with "DeadGods"
• We delayed the DeadGods launch
• Everyone said nobody would care about DeadGods let alone pay DUST to upgrade their DeGods
• When “the top was in” after DeadGods was released
• We bought a Big3 Basketball team
• We released a roadmap with no words on it
• We announced Duppies
• Delayed Duppies
• Changing the name from Duppies to y00ts
• First launched the y00tlist
• Delayed the y00ts mint
• Our accounts got suspended
• Blocker bug for the y00ts: t00bs mint
• Announced the Dust Labs fundraise
• Messed up the waitlist raffle and refunded everyone
• Delayed t00bs
• Announced 0% royalties for DeGods/y00ts
• Delayed t00bs again
• Revealed y00ts
• Delayed staking
• FTX crash
• When I tweeted asking if we should go to ETH
• Announced changing 0% royalties to 3.33% royalties for DeGods/y00ts 💀
• Launched staking with the points system
• Announced our migrations to ETH/Poly in Q1

I'm sure I missed some, but hopefully you get the point. The reality is that for over a year, people have been announcing our downfall on Twitter. People have been saying we are short-term hype project for 15 months straight now. The irony flies over their heads.

(I’m sure some of them read through the list above and are writing a reply right now explaining how technically one of those things will still lead to our demise)

Regardless, today DeGods is a Top 5 NFT project in the world. DeGods & y00ts combined are almost bigger than the rest of the Solana NFT market combined. That's not meant to trigger anyone, these are just facts.

So maybe, just maybe... the people that are calling for our failure simply have no idea what they are talking about?

Maybe they'll be right this time? Guess we will see.
