Am at the midpoint of Ep17 and I had such a good laugh at how they handled the actress scandal. Can Fu Ming Yu please stop asking Bai Yang for relationship advice? LMAO.

Their first major conflict as a couple, but because both leads are pretty upfront and honest with each other, they passed with flying colours. You girls know who the real boss is, right? Wait till our Ruan Ruan marries him - she'll be running Hengshi like a tight ship. 😂

This CP is truly the best (let me not jinx this :D). I love every bit of their dating era. They make time for each other even when schedules are tight, enjoy sweet dates at the grocers and over homecooked meals, and the best part is they have an extremely open and honest relationship. I know it's almost a fantasy to have a workplace romance this out in the open, but Fu Ming Yu doesn't care what anyone thinks. He's devoted, clingy, and always considers her feelings. But it doesn't mean he agrees with everything where work decisions are concerned.

HOWEVER, what makes this drama really special is the healthy perspective our FL has (see the vid). To her, you don't have to come from the same world as someone. Two very different people can make it work if they both put in mutual effort. RSX's understanding of her own self worth is why this drama is chef's kiss. Even in the middle of a scandal, she refused to panic or make stupid assumptions, and allowed him to explain. COMMUNICATION is evident.

I want her to cross over to my other drama universe and tell the other FL 🙃 this is how it's done.

Menurutnya, tatapan pemeran utama pria yang menganggap apa pun yang dilakukan pemeran utama wanita itu lucu dan indah sangat penting dalam rom-com. “Kalau kamu mencintai seseorang, mereka akan terlihat cantik,” ujarnya.

Kang Hoon juga mengungkapkan bahwa ia dan Hye-jun banyak berdiskusi soal sekitar empat adegan ciuman dalam drama agar masing-masing memiliki nuansa berbeda, tidak terasa klise, dan tetap nyaman ditonton. Bahkan beberapa detail adegan ia diskusikan langsung dengan sutradara.

Ini menjadi rom-com pertama sekaligus peran utama pertama Kang Hoon. Setelah berhasil melewati tantangan tersebut, ia mengaku ingin mencoba lebih banyak drama rom-com ke depannya.
