@E_Universalis Holland/Netherlands. People keep claiming England/GB has the best navy/naval ideas, but I ABSOLUTELY prefer the Dutch in every way. They're in the best spot for dominating trade in my opinion, and making fat stacks as such a small nation is always going to be fantastic.
