@premierinn Unfortunately I have already DM’d twice with no resolution despite promises from two members of your social media team - not going to send details again - look at your messages I already sent
@premierinn messaged in here and received no response. Eventually called a generic number only to be told there are no twin or family rooms left ( which was what I originally booked online) - offered another remote hotel as a suitable replacement not ok
@premierinn The room type I need was available when I booked (as that was the room type I selected - however for some reason the online booking seems to be for a double)
@premierinn The problem has been the inability to contact anyone at this hotel since my online booking - that and the fact I cannot manage the booking online
@premierinn poor service - booking changed online and when I have tried to correct the booking using manage my booking the system would not accept my details - plus I have tried to phone the hotel since I booked over 3 weeks ago and I have never managed 1/2

@KarenAdamMSP This is unsurprisingly common and seems to be the standard operating level for staff at DWP and us Child Maintenance "Customers" have been shouting about this level of disregard and incompetence to our MP's for years - and lodging formal complaints. Time for change now ??
