Eagles fans, we’ve seen this exact thing before.

In 2020, Carson Wentz was playing poorly, but every excuse was made for him. The OL was banged up. The WRs were hurt. The OC wasn’t good. All of those things were legitimate issues, but the QB was the reason the offense didn’t succeed.

Sound familiar?

Then Wentz got benched, Jalen Hurts took over, and the offense immediately looked different. That’s when it became clear that Wentz’s play was a major part of the problem.

We’re seeing something similar now.

Yes, the Eagles have dealt with injuries and other issues, but at some point, the QB play has to be good enough. If it continues looking like this all season, I can promise you a change will be made.

You can’t blame everything around the QB forever.
