Our Community Outreach Team met 9-year-old Topher living as a stray, and that was just the tip of the iceberg.


Besides the expected ailments of a longtime stray cat, like much-needed dental care and being FIV+, Topher had BB pellets from a BB gun embedded in his skin. (1/2)
