These are just some examples and not a comprehensive list of food compounds that can cause physical symptoms.

You need to do something for yourself ❤️
Every. Single. Day.
Do it before anything else in the morning including looking at your phone.
E.g. 1 minute mediation, 2 minutes exercise, 400mLs water with 1/4 teaspoon salt, end shower with cold water 30 seconds.
It's amazing how much that short routine turns my life around. It gives me positive momentum for the day; I've already made a small achievement and done something for myself.
Share below, what do you do for yourself every day?
This call to action might be early, in that the importance of diet on human health is not yet truly understood by society. In reality it's late; we have been suffering the consequences of 'a western diet' for far too long.
We all need a little help sometimes to make the right choices, and I think it's time for the government to step up and try to achieve just that. They might just find it saves them money in the process.

Our government and health ministers need to think simpler. Forget the urgent care centres, they are a band-aid masking the bigger problem; people are getting more sick.
1. Make it easier for people to eat healthily; subsidise vegetables, fruit, and nuts.
2. Bolster primary care; GPs can help patients make the right choices and motivate them to achieve their goals.
3. Improve education; make sure young adults leave school knowing what the next steps are in their life and the difficulties they are going to face.
Perhaps the most alarming fact is that NONE of the recommendations are being met for any of the whole food groups. Even the caloric intake has reduced, so the intake of 'junk-food' hasn't necessarily increased at all.
We all know vaguely what we are SUPPOSED to eat.
Vegetables x 5 servings (375g)
Fruits x 2 servings (150g)
Fats that are ideally not saturated
Carbohydrates of varying sources
Protein, though people often don't know how much
Fibre in the diet somewhere
So what does the data say we are eating? ⬇️
