@TekSavvyCSR Unfortunately the reschedule date will not work. I understand you have no control over who you subcontract with but it is a huge hinderance to your business that you can't resolve issues in a timely Matter. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
@TekSavvyCSR my wifi was cut by construction workers a week ago and we still have to wait another week for someone to fix it Extremely frustrating as I work from home and now this is impacting my job. No one seems to have any answers when we call???
@TekSavvyCSR Everytime I have called for a status the date gets pushed back another week so I'm good. I Will have to look into switching providers as I cannot wait another week(s?) to be able to do my job.
