Congrats to Albert Urias (Heart of a Champion) and Chance Rich (Best Individual Contest) for their big wins at the @CSUBAthletics ROWDYs last night! And we're very proud of all of our guys who were nominated and earned recognitions, both on the mat and in the classroom!

[Luke Smith @CoachLightning]

@1_crich was unable to attend the ROWDYs this past Tuesday bc he flew to TN that morning to see his dad in the hospital. Chance’s dad Mike has non-alcoholic cirrhosis. His liver is failing & he needs a transplant. Please share and donate if you are able. https://t.co/eOoZ78YQtq
