Intensive plyometrics are high-intensity, low-volume and aimed at maximizing the Rate of Force Development (RFD).
They utilize slower contact times (> .250 m s.) and are more closely related to maximal strength abilities.
Focus: Generating larger ground force in minimal time
@CraziesNation@BCpresident0718 Just got a call from a friend. His car slid uncontrollably into a tree, he is okay. Extremely dangerous roads and they won’t be getting better…don’t want this to happen again.
I’m blessed to be announcing my commitment to Babson College where I’ll be continuing my academic and athletic career. Thank you to my coaches, friends and everyone who has helped me. Thank you to Coach Noone and Coach Ginsberg for giving me this opportunity. #babo
With more advanced athletes we use skater squats as an alternative to RFESS. This eliminate the use of leverage with the back leg from a roller or bench. Introducing the exercise with a counterbalance helps keep the spine in a more neutral position. @breid2025@RPP_Baseball
