As a cold caller, eliminate 80% of your activities: slack, email, linkedin, meets, etc
Double down on:
- calling 2-4hrs a day straight
- having sales call
- messaging
You can do this everyday and progress faster than anyone else in your team
Cold calling is a numbers and follow up game and it looks like this:
Monday = 0
Tuesday = 0
Wednesday = 1
Thursday = 2
Friday = 0
The key is to never stop cold calling
Booked 2 meetings today, both were from previous "busy/callback"
Going all in on content only I can make:
cold calling
entrepreneurship
small/solo founder mindset
LATAM POV + US exp
business passionate
bilingual caller
There’s no one with your combination out there
Use it to your advantage
When calling back someone who hung up on you, try this opener:
Hey [Name], it’s [Me]. We spoke on [Date], you were busy doing X / caught you at the worst time. Hoping you had a brief momento to explain why I called back?
You could have the best list, dialer, crm, signals, market, message, target, problem, and offer.
but you won’t get anywhere calling 40 people a day
Block out 2-4hrs a day
Phone turned off
No Slack
No email
No linkedin
No claude
Just a kitchen timer and call until it goes off
When cold calling, openers don’t matter
Your tonality, pacing and volume will change the outcome of the call more than any words you have on a google doc will
Sound clear, speak painfully slow and break the slimy salesman pattern
Most companies need:
• 1-3 SDRs
• 4-6 hours a day of blocked time for calls
• a system in place
• a sales floor where SDRs can dial together
That set up can easily source you millions in qualified pipeline.
Community + competitiveness + sales = money
Most people avoid doing hard stuff, that's why cold calling will still be here in 5-10 years
It's tough, it sucks, most people hate it and it's difficult to make it work... which is exactly why AI can't replace it
Not the case with emails/messages
Sure, cold calling doesn't work
But if a company is:
• hiring for a role your product solves
• at the growth stage your product supports
• similar to your top 20 clients
• dealing with the same problems they had
That's not a cold call, that's a money call
The list is KEY
Cold calling is the most underrated channel out there
Everyone is doing Linkedin, Emails, Ads, Content, etc
It also happens to be the most difficult channel to automate with AI, everything else is 80% AI automated
AI can't replicate human conversations (yet)
Looking for ways to stand out and all road are leading me to "being more human":
- More raw content
- Less AI polished bs
- Stuff written with my own 2 hands
- Show mistakes and be relatable
- Don't be afraid of looking stupid
These are all things I want to do more of
I feel like posting content is the key to having a thriving business in 2026, but so much bullshit out there is distracting
My plan is:
- Talk about my work
- Show the work
- Disclose real results in public
- State the facts and tell the truth
Even if it looks "bad"
Distractions will make more people poor than a lack of opportunities.
Had the day planned to finish client delivery by 3pm.
It’s 2:10pm and i’m writing a tweet with 2hrs of client delivery left…
Back to the task
How I make 45+ pieces of content a week as a solo founder (YT, LinkedIn, X):
1. Keep a hooks/inspo library: Save what does numbers or what you like
2. Save a library of outliers (yours)
3. Reuse your own stuff with new angles and hooks you saved
4. Do it every weekend
Volume without analysis wastes your time
Get the volume, but get .1% better every iteration
How I do it with content:
1. Write next week's posts on weekends
2. Next weekend, find outliers and flops
3. 2x the outliers, cut the flops
4. Reuse old winners. Only 15% new
5. Repeat
Your posts might reach your friends or highschool group and make you "cringe"
Same posts can reach a small company making $3M a year and you can sell them a $5k/month service
Choose which situation you'd rather be in
I'd rather be in #2
Batching up work is really freeing.
Gives you peace of mind to focus on strategy instead of getting by every day.
I'll schedule more time for deep work & deep thinking.
Cold calling is like working out
You don't wanna do it and make up any excuse not to do so, but once you do it, you ask yourself:
"why didn't I do this before"
Pick up the phone, no one hates having conversations and creating money outta nowhere
