We have a critically-ill patient in the ER, waiting for a bed in ICU. The thing is that, our ICU is full of furniture but no ICU nurses. Now they are talking about having one ICU nurse care for 3 ICU patients (UNSAFE). Normal should be 1:1. At what point would a govt intervene?
