Had a little personal crisis earlier, so I gave my apartment a clean and rearranged my living room layout.

When you're dealing with a bad mental health period the basics fly out the window. Dirty clothes, not doing the dishes, lack of personal hygiene, zero motivation and spending hours in your own bubble and wondering where time has gone.

It's a vicious cycle.

While I fucked up a little by eating cheese I should not have, I've pretty much haven't comsumed meat in about three weeks now. That's a change I did not expect myself to have made, but it's something I don't really miss.

There are also bigger things happening in the world that make my struggles look like a scratch - compared to the deep, gushing wound - plight others are experiencing that I cannot even fathom and can't begin to comment on.
