@thenickrandolph I'd say priority might depend on the license/support agreement you are using. I also agree with the sentiment that ignoring user feedback is not going to lead to long term success

@niall_bigscreen @thenickrandolph I also disagree with this, there are a number of OSS products that are run as Azure Srvices. You can get or buy support through Azure for the service, or run it unmanaged yourself for free
