Manifestar algo por años y que llegue en el momento indicado está bien, pero ¿han sentido que les llegan cosas increíbles sin ni siquiera haberlas soñado?
Humanity is in Peril: Why Anthropic's Safety Lead Just Quit
Mrinank Sharma, the Senior Researcher leading Anthropic's Safeguards Team, has resigned with a blunt warning for the industry: “The world is in peril.”
Sharma’s role was explicitly to prevent AI misuse including catastrophic risks like bioweapons at a company founded on the promise of “safety first.” Yet his exit letter exposes an uncomfortable truth: it became harder and harder to let values govern actions under growing commercial pressure. His conclusion is clear our technological capability is accelerating far faster than our human wisdom.
The most telling part is what he does next. He isn’t moving to a competitor like OpenAI or Google. He’s leaving the tech industry entirely to study poetry and “courageous speech,” choosing to reclaim his humanity rather than help automate its replacement.
My Thoughts : When the people meant to build the safety nets leave to find “humanity” in poetry, thats the clearest warning we can get. People are already being replaced by AI, and this feels like a quiet protest against where things are heading one I stand with. AI should be an orchestrator, not a replacement. If we don’t act now, the rules won’t be written by humans they’ll be written by consequences.
The United States of America has successfully carried out a large scale strike against Venezuela and its leader, President Nicolas Maduro, who has been, along with his wife, captured and flown out of the Country. This operation was done in conjunction with U.S. Law Enforcement. Details to follow. There will be a News Conference today at 11 A.M., at Mar-a-Lago. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
