The sad feeling of realizing all your ‘friends’ don’t ever hit you up, don’t ask how you’re doing, don’t ever want to hangout, and have moved on from the friendship sucks. I feel like I have no one.

249 days without smoking a cigarette. The urge to smoke is really strong right now, but I am pushing through it.

So much has happened recently both good and bad. I’m thankful my mental health is doing okay otherwise idk how I would’ve handled all this

My dad is home on hospice.

My family is falling apart.

My mom is a mess, in denial, and taking it out on my sister + I.

I feel so alone again.

I don’t know how to process all of this.

Please pray for my family and I.
