If it’s serious enough to strip someone of their 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 14th rights it’s serious enough to bring them in front of a judge to face accusations, provide evidence, and defend themselves BEFORE a penalty is levied. Red flag violates all of this.

Red flag laws assume you guilty until proven innocent in a court of law and take months on average, at considerable legal expense, to clear your name and get your property back if confiscated. In many states, imminent threat not a requirement.
