While of course I knew Dr. McNellis’s teaching style - he’s so ingrained into the core of @TempleIM - it was an entirely new and inspiring experience to see his passion for clinical diagnosis, physical exam, and med ed up close. Great way to wrap up cap off my inpatient time!
Somehow in my 8 years at Temple, I had never been on service with @KeithMcnellis. What a treat that my last week of medicine floors was with him on the sub-I service. Here’s some of the topics we discussed on afternoon rounds, with accompanying articles supplied from his trove.
Thanks @KingfishersFire@MaryKraemerPC @anthronora for a thought-provoking grand rounds today! Dr. Wolfeld seen here looking professorial presenting as part of this “M&M of an Ethics case” @TempleIM
A couple more highlights from #AIMW22. Starting off with #JennyOBrien and @JRosarioMD’s poster on their goals of care curriculum to prepare interns for difficult conversations from day 1 of residency.
Next @jaimefine shared the @TempleIM Firm structure for inter-visit ambulatory coverage. Photo evidence of one of the many interested conference attendees discussing with her.
So excited to meet all our future @TempleIM residents soon! As you approach your intern year, here are some #financialwellness tips to think about. A 🧵:
