They were in western NC and I don't even know that someone 5 miles from that area would even know it exists... And mountains would be a huge sign that you're on the wrong spot

@eliowa @dlwest07 @IAGovernor Take a look at NC. They have 10 counties that they consider critical (>10% positive) and 43 counties that are substantial (8-10% positive). 98 of IA's counties would be critical under this standard...

@dlwest07 , @IAGovernor, @IAPublicHealth Am I missing something? Got my numbers from @WHO13news website. Seems like 833 positive results between 8/8 and now have just vanished...I understand some could have occurred before 8/8. But, 833 doesn't seem likely...

@dlwest07 Stats have always been an interest of mine. Looks like a lot has changed since I got my BS Degree in Stats though. Because, the @IAPublicHealth numbers just don't make sense...
