Day 9 of my 2 day shipment from @FedExHelp @FedEx for the third time it’s telling me it’ll be delivered by the end of the day. After spending two hours in the Buffalo NY hubs parking lot I now understand why I haven’t received my package.

Calling @FedEx customer service is an amazing experience. The reps are given zero guidance and can make stuff up. I had one yesterday tell me I need to yell and not to take no for an answer when he transfer me to the next person.
