Day 9 of my 2 day shipment from @FedExHelp@FedEx for the third time it’s telling me it’ll be delivered by the end of the day. After spending two hours in the Buffalo NY hubs parking lot I now understand why I haven’t received my package.
Calling @FedEx customer service is an amazing experience. The reps are given zero guidance and can make stuff up. I had one yesterday tell me I need to yell and not to take no for an answer when he transfer me to the next person.
While I’m ironing out the kinks in my new business I realized that @FedEx is not an option for shipping. Even if @UPS charges more it’s worth the cost.

@MichaelsStores I only got four promotional emails in 24hours. You have just under seven hours to hit a half dozen. Seriously this is the reason people don’t like giving there email addresses to retailers.
