@PragmaticNurse I bought the camo design from cool tan. They fit like gym shorts and are super comfortable. Still a little transparent but they do the job
@RosalitoEhs@Torito1774 That is my plan! Money is tight as I’m finishing my last semester of college. As soon as I’m working full time again, the safe and sound pro II will be one of my first purchases. Any recommendations on bed canopies?
@RosalitoEhs@Torito1774 I’m just beginning to take steps. I removed/disconnected all smart devices in my bedroom and the wifi is only on for a few hours a day when needed. As sad as it was, I also sold all of my Bluetooth/wearable devices. I will definitely use your tutorial to keep moving forward.
@RosalitoEhs@Torito1774 I was diagnosed with “Type 1” a few months after 5G rollout in my area. That was early 2021.
I reside somewhere between “maybe it’s a coincidence” and “ we need to declare war on 5G/6G”

It’s not a Morozko, but it’s pretty damn awesome.
@_fraX0@helios_brah@ze_rusty I think it would help to see what you have done already to better your environment and start from there. I’m not a pro. I just try to be smart when it comes to tech, sunlight during the day, zero artificial light at night, and grounding as much as possible.
@helios_brah@ze_rusty When I was 24 I developed LADA and my body began attacking the beta cells of my pancreas. I believe that there were a number of causes. High EMF environment, poor light/lack of sun.
Grounding outdoors/remove electronics from bedroom/less tech abuse/ faraday wifi/ Ethernet etc.
@dvassallo@jdnoc I should also mention that had I been more strict about my diet while I was on Ozempic, I probably would’ve lost more than 10lbs. It did have a positive impact on my BG.
I mostly stopped GLP-1s because of the side effects and potential effects on thyroid function.
@dvassallo@jdnoc Great question! From 2020 to 2024 I tried 3 different GLP-1s. Rybelsus, Mounjaro, and Ozempic. I did lose about 10lbs from them but the other 90+ was without them.
I had to be very strict with my diet when I stopped the GLP-1s. I wasn’t nearly as strict while I was taking them.
For the sake of time, I left out a lot of details. If anyone has questions, don’t hesitate to contact me. If I can help one person, this post did its job. Thanks for reading!
My reason for posting this is to challenge whoever is reading this. Dig deeper into how your body works. Make changes before disease hits you. And if disease has already hit you, start with what you can do RIGHT NOW. This isn’t medical advice. This is proof that nature can heal.
